Join the No7 Master Data Team within Commercial Operations whose principal responsibilities are the timely, accurate and controlled management of master data. You will act as the subject matter expert for all Master Data–related processes across the No7 Beauty Company. This role ensures the accuracy, governance, and optimisation of product data, supporting both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be at the heart of our data management efforts, ensuring accuracy and governance while optimising our processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams, contributing to projects that drive progress and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for material data management.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams on change projects.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts for user acceptance testing.
  • Process maintenance requests for product data efficiently.
  • Uphold strong data governance practices and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead initiatives to simplify and enhance Master Data processes, driving efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Knowledge of material creation and maintenance processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

It would be great if you also have

  • Understanding of Stibo STEP for managing product master data.
  • Knowledge of data standards and governance requirements.
  • An understanding of applications such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience and understanding of how Commercial and Supply Chain teams operate within large, complex organisations.
