# Master Data & KPI Finance Analyst Location: Hybrid working (based at Dunstable, Head Office LU5 5XE) | Contract: 12 months fixed term | Weekly Hours: 2 days in-office, 1 day remote
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically sharp Master Data & KPI Finance Analyst to strengthen our supplier and client data integrity, compliance, and transparency within our Shared Service Centre (SSC).
Under the Financial Controller – SSC, Systems & EXL Lead, this role involves:
- Identifying financial trends and driving efficiencies to support strategic objectives
- Overseeing critical processes, including:
- Supplier bank detail verification and compliance
- P-card management
- Implementation of financial control frameworks
You’ll work collaboratively with SSC managers to: ✔ Maintain accurate monthly reporting ✔ ✔ Ensure balance sheet integrity ✔ ✔ Champion data excellence across the organisation

Key Responsibilities
Master Data Management
- Validate, cleanse, and safeguard supplier/client master data:
- Bank detail verification
- Fraud checks
- IBAN/VAT validation
- Audit trails
- Quarterly deactivation processes
- Adherence to FCF controls

Financial Controls & Compliance
- Conduct regular data integrity audits to support:
- AP/AR/banking process streamlining
- Maintenance of the SSC control framework
- Accuracy/integrity in reporting and savings sign-offs
Reporting & KPI Insights
- Produce critical financial deliverables:
- Monthly/weekly KPI packs
- Balance sheet reconciliations (with analysis/challenges)
- Government submissions
P-Card & Portal Administration
- Oversee P-card lifecycle:
- Issuance, usage monitoring
- Journal processing
- Fraud checks
- Develop SSC tools/templates for process improvements
