Master Technician / Vehicle Technician (MOT Tester) – Bognor Regis
We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician / Vehicle Technician (MOT Tester) to join a busy, well-established independent automotive service centre in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive workshop environment where quality workmanship, diagnostics, and attention to detail are valued and rewarded.
What’s On Offer
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month
- Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
- Basic salary: £36,000 – £38,000 depending on experience + annual bonus
- Annual pay rise

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
- Complete MOT tests to required standards
- Undertake vehicle inspections and health checks
- Work to high industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Complete job cards and maintain accurate workshop records
- Support the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service
About You
- Proven experience as a Master Technician / Vehicle Technician
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Qualified MOT Tester
- Master Technician qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
