Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our OMODA dealership in Rayleigh. As a master technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility: · Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded · Coach and monitor the technical workforce within the service department · Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training · Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards · Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes This position is offered on a full-time 45 hour working week paying £44,800 with and an OTE of £52,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were £55,000 last year! Required Skills & Experience To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills: ü A full UK driving licence ü Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles ü Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification or experience ü MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous ü Fantastic verbal and written English skills ü Previous experience working in a franchised dealership Why Allen Motor Group?
