Master Vehicle Technician – Sheffield
On Target Earnings: £50,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
Position: Full-Time - Permanent – Master Vehicle Technician Location: Brand / Sheffield – Pentagon Motor Group Salary: Starts from £40,885 - £45,526 (OTE up to £50,000)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Support the development of team members through training, coaching, and sharing technical expertise
- Uphold and embody the core values of the Pentagon Group

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding work
- Team-oriented mindset, enjoying a busy, collaborative environment
- Full UK driving license (with max 6 points)
