Location: Holdcroft, Crewe
Salary: Excellent Base Salary + £55,000 OTE (Uncapped Bonus)
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our successful service team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician or Mechanic who is passionate about diagnostics, fault finding, and delivering the highest standards of workmanship.
As the technical expert within the workshop, you will play a key role in supporting the team, resolving complex vehicle issues, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Your Role:
- Carry out advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to the highest standards
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults efficiently and accurately
- Act as the technical lead within the workshop, supporting colleagues with specialist knowledge
- Communicate confidently with customers, explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner
- Manage a busy workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer and company standards
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through quality workmanship and professional service

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Has extensive experience working within a busy workshop environment
- Has strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Has main dealership experience (preferred but not essential)
- Can manage a high-volume workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Is committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Holds a full valid UK driving licence
