IGA Talent is partnered with a leading Master Trust to appoint a Master Trust Lead.
This is a high-profile commercial leadership opportunity for an experienced pensions professional with a strong track record of winning and growing business within the UK pensions market. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving new client acquisition, and strengthening one of the market's leading Master Trust propositions.

The Opportunity
Joining a highly regarded and well-established team, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end new business process for the firm's Master Trust offering. This role combines strategic business development, market engagement, stakeholder management, and proposition enhancement, providing significant visibility across the pensions industry.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across investments, proposition, marketing, and consulting functions while representing the business externally at pitches, industry events, and client meetings.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Master Trust opportunities, managing prospects through to successful implementation and launch
- Lead and coordinate pitch teams, delivering compelling presentations and representing the business at client meetings and site visits
- Prepare tailored responses to RFPs, proposals, and complex client requirements
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure profitable new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance and evolve the Master Trust proposition
- Build market visibility through industry events, conferences, and professional networks
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to broader business objectives across the UK pensions market
Who we're looking for:
- Proven success in pensions sales, business development, or client growth within the UK pensions or Master Trust market
- Strong understanding of Master Trust products, pension scheme governance, and the wider regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and go-to-market plans
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders and shape business strategy
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with pension scheme sponsors, advisers, and industry participants
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within pensions consulting is advantageous but not essential
