Master Tyre Technician
Master Commercial Tyre Technician – Mobile – Van Provided
Gatwick - London West - Full-Time
£40,000 – £60,000 OTE + Uncapped Bonus
Venatu Automotive are recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter position, with full support provided by Sally Maxwell throughout the recruitment process, through to the offer stage.
What's On Offer
- £40,000 – £60,000 OTE
- Uncapped bonus scheme (including overtime & call-out rates)
- Mobile role – Company van, tools & PPE provided
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday working pattern with an early finish

Key Responsibilities
- Fitting and repairing tyres for:
- Commercial vehicles
- Vans
- Trucks
- Agricultural & industrial vehicles
- Carrying out roadside and depot-based tyre work
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing job sheets and paperwork accurately
Requirements
- REACT Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- RTRT / LCTT Licence (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling heavy equipment
