Make-Up Artist
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise—along with a passion for people—to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. You’ll educate and delight customers while ensuring our high standards of quality.
You’ll also thrive in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating on impactful in-store events and maintaining elite visual merchandising standards to set our store apart from competitors.

We require certification in make-up artistry and/or prior retail experience, but we also welcome applicants with amateur-level makeup skills—so long as you can demonstrate a strong creative and technical ability.

About the Role
- Combine artistry and customer service to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
- Participate in high-energy team efforts for special events and promotions
- Maintain top-tier visual merchandising in a competitive retail environment
- Drive sales and engagement through creative product demos and personalized interactions
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, inspirational and customized makeup consultations to customers
- Ensure a seamless and accurate point-of-sale experience with beauty products
- Develop and execute in-store events while upholding brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to elevate store aesthetics and attract customers
- Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Preference given to those with a qualification in makeup artistry or retail makeup experience
- Amateurs welcome if they can showcase strong creative and technical skill
- Exceptional ability to provide friendly, inspirational, and personalized customer service
- Confidence in working retail hours, including unsociable shifts and events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale systems preferred
