Matchday Bartender
Bartender – Elior Stadia (Rangers FC)

At Elior Stadia, you’ll join a team delivering epic matchday experiences, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks so fans can enjoy the excitement without missing a moment. Focus on the action while we handle the flavour.
Based at Rangers FC, this role is all about exceptional bar service on matchdays.
Responsibilities
As a Bartender, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for:
- Providing quick, accurate, and top-tier bar service during high-pressure matchday shifts
- Handling multiple drink orders efficiently under time constraints
- Upholding high standards of customer service excellence
- Adhering to bar laws, in-house rules, and safety protocols—even in loud, chaotic environments
Experience & Criteria
We’re looking for a bartender with:
- Proven experience working in fast-paced bar environments (essential)
- Strong attention to detail to fulfil orders without errors
- Knowledge of basic spirits, mixers, and cocktail-making
- Ability to work in a noisy, high-pressure environment while maintaining clarity
- Confidence under pressure—smart rule application is key!
- Customer service expertise with a passion for delivering top-tier experiences
- Team player mentality, highly confident, positive, and self-motivated**
