As part of our Events team you will play a key part in enhancing the customer experience for event days at our client's prestigious venue. Role Overview
We are seeking well-presented, articulate and reliable security personnel to work at a variety of events held at football and rugby stadia across West Yorkshire, home some of the most iconic names in English football, rugby and a variety of one-off events such as music concerts.
You will be working for our clients at their world class venues in the North. As an Event Security Officer, your main role will be to ensure the safety and security of everyone attending events at the stadium. This could include, but is not limited to;
Performing searches on spectators Directing spectators Monitoring crowds Managing queues

At some of our client's venues, such as Leeds United's Elland Road, Huddersfield Town's Accu Stadium; Burnley FC's Turf Moor and Manchester United's Old Trafford, we are also able to offer opportunities in specialist roles such as VIP Hospitality and Players' Areas.
We have excellent progression routes available, including Supervisory level roles, and similar roles at some of our other event venues. If wanted, we are also able to offer opportunities to work at some of our iconic event venues across the UK, including similar roles at venues in Liverpool, Leeds, Burnley, Manchester and Huddersfield - as well as further afield if you are willing to travel (funded) to some of the UK's most iconic events and venues such as Aintree's Grand National, concerts at M&S Bank Arena, Cheltenham Racecourse, Ascot Racecourse, Tottenham Hotspur and at stations across the TransPennine Express network for events taking place.
Role Requirements
We are looking for candidates that can commit to working a minimum of 75% of of events held at one of our client venues, or, work across multiple sites.
Flexibility and reliability are essential You must be at least 18 years old Minimum DS-level SIA license If successful in your application for the role, you must be willing to attend First Aid, Spectator Safety and Induction training on the listed dates. Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for working with the public A friendly, approachable, and professional manner Previous experience in security/stewarding or customer care would be advantageous

Our hourly rates are paid for the hours you work, with holiday pay accrued separately and paid in addition. Some organisations advertise a higher 'inclusive' rate which already includes holiday pay. For example, a £14.40 salary plus holiday pay is worth around £16.13 comparatively.
