Role & Responsibilities
As a Material Controller within the Supply Chain Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence in materials management:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of materials movements and storage—managing site storage spaces.
- Ensure all labelling and recording of materials complies with warehouse management procedures.
- Conduct regular stock checks to verify inventory details. Assistance is required in reconciling stock with SAP systems to maintain accurate records.
- Sample raw materials as per individual raw material QC purchasing specifications, then dispense these materials for use in production assets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to projects emerging from the Supply Chain function.

Requirements & Experience
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
✔ 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within a GMP-compliant setting.
✔ Direct experience with dispensing raw materials and chemicals.
✔ Proficient in materials management & work planning, ensuring organisation, prioritisation, and adherence to schedules including:
- Booking in and sampling
- Pick, put away, and dispensing workflows
- Oversight of customer deliveries and material distributions
✔ Evidence of work in a QA compliance-driven system, with applicable validation knowledge.
