Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of materials movements and materials storage with the site storage space.
  • Ensuring the labelling and recording of materials is in line with the warehouse materials management procedures
  • Regular storage area stock checks are carried out to ensure stocks are managed properly, and the job holder assists in carrying out stock checks ensuring that there is a tie in to the relevant Business SAP computer systems.
  • Responsible for the sampling of raw materials in accordance with the individual raw materials QC purchasing specification and to dispense these materials for the use in the manufacturing assets.
  • Participating in continuous improvement teams and taking a role in projects that emerge from the Supply Chain function.

  • Min 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Environment
  • Experience of a GMP warehouse
  • Experience of dispensing Raw Materials and Chemicals would be a large advantage
  • Work Planning – to self-organise and set priorities with respect to dealing with customers and deliveries, booking in, sampling, pick and put away, dispensing and material deliveries.
  • Compliance –Detailed and validated knowledge of QA compliance systems and procedures.
