In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. You will be working alongside incredible technicians and leaders to drive our commitment to shape a future we truly believe in, together. Powertrain Production Operations delivers JLR’s next-generation propulsion systems. Based at EPMC, this role supports the development and execution of MP&L strategies, ensuring efficient operations and seamless programme launches.
What To Expect
- Drive the implementation of lean, cost-effective logistics solutions to support current and future programmes
- Develop and optimise material flow and logistics strategies
- Support programme delivery to ensure smooth operations and flawless launches
- Use BoM tools (Plan for Every Part) to design effective solutions
- Implement and improve linefeed and end-to-end material flow systems
- Deliver value stream improvements balancing cost, inventory, and space
- Support automation and system implementation across material flow processes

What You'll Need
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel
- Experience in industrial logistics and simulation
- Process mapping and solution implementation capability
- Practical problem-solving with measurable benefits
- SAP/MRP experience (material flow, routing)
