Senior Water Spider – Manufacturing (FTE)

Position Purpose
As a Water Spider in our manufacturing facility, your primary role is to facilitate seamless material and supply flow to production workstations, ensuring teams have the resources needed to meet objectives efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining an organized, efficient workspace
- Monitoring material levels and replenishing inventory
- Minimizing downtime and production delays
Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and collaborative communication will be critical to optimizing material handling processes and supporting production success.
Essential Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and operate AutoCAD and Inventor kits
- Navigate Epicor (ERP software) proficiently
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records for kits
- Deliver parts/hardware required for kits to fabrication areas
- Read, understand, and adhere to blueprints, internal drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Attend required meetings, seminars, and training sessions
- Execute duties in accordance with company policies and standards
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of instructional training in manufacturing or related roles
- Experience with ERP software, with preference given to Epicor
- Knowledge of welding symbols
- Ability to work flexible/non-traditional schedules as needed
