Your Responsibilities
The receiving, unpacking and counting of component deliveries. Cycle counting in accordance with the cycle count plan and procedure. The transfer of components to the required place in the factory Issuing of parts to Material & Service requisitions for all areas of the business via the ERP computer system. Picking of components according to the shop order and pick list General good housekeeping and 6S activities Participate in Continuous Improvement activities. Cover for other functions if trained to do so. Transfer of stock to their lineside location
Your qualification The role requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time during your general day to day activities which include infrequent walking between sites. Some lifting of components within Health & Safety regulation limits will be required as well as moving pallets of work throughout the building to its designated location using a pallet truck. Regular pushing and manoeuvring of various assembly aids is expected
