Material Handler
Material Handler – Qualitrol (Ralliant Corporation)
Description
The Material Handler will collaborate with the Materials Manager and Production Value Stream Leaders to ensure:
- Production materials are correctly kitted
- Materials are distributed to production cells at the right time and quantity
- Stock level accuracy is verified
Key Responsibilities
- Organize booked materials into the designated cell and correct bin
- Manage parts bin sizes to optimize space based on demand
- Conduct frequent cycle counting of parts
- Enter data into Excel and maintain reports
- Perform kitting for production and shipment
- Manage Kanban card triggering and Kanban board updates
- Maintain IMAG (Inventory Management at Gemba) materials presentation
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in an inventory/logistics environment
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow projects through completion
- Valid forklift and reach truck licence
- Full, clean driving licence

Desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Oracle (preferred)
- Manual handling experience
- Narrow aisle forklift licence
