Position Title: Material Handler - Dispatch
Location: Ballymoney
Reporting to: Dispatch Manager
Hours of work: 39 hours - Monday - Thursday
(Evening Shift - 4:45pm - 3am)
We require driven and enthusiastic Team Members who are capable of working in a team-oriented environment where we manufacture mobile screening equipment.
Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Dispatch Coordinator Support to contribute to the Ballymoney team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficient and timely handling of all materials
- Support Production through timely and accurate delivery of Parts
- Use of PIT in a safe and efficient manner including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Pallet Stacker, Tugger Truck etc.
- Processing of Parts received to both Production and Stores
- Prompt and accurate control of paperwork
- Receipting of goods against purchase orders on MRP system (if applicable)
- Loading and Unloading of Material deliveries
- Compliance with inventory control measures
- Compliance with internal environmental and waste management procedures
- Escalation of key issues to Supervisor/Manager.
- Following Standard Work procedures.
- General Housekeeping Duties.
- Compliance with Health & Safety policies.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by manager.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience of working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
- Valid PIT licence, preferably Counterbalance
- IT literate – previous experience of MRP style system would be advantageous
- Educated to GCSE standard
- Understanding of Inventory Control
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities.
- Knowledge of inventory control.
- Ability to learn quickly, use your initiative, and work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving along with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner to meet targets.
