About the Role
You’ll work within our Logistics Team on a 24/7 shift pattern, ensuring the accuracy of our IT systems (SAP & MAXIMO). Your responsibilities include:
Key Functions:
- Maintaining inventory stock levels, work orders, and tracking of serialised equipment.
- Performing daily logistics activities: off-loading, goods receipt, and material issuing.
- Ensuring Maximo data integrity and collaborating with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Audits:
- Conduct accurate material audits, updating IT systems (SAP/MAXIMO) to reflect findings.
- Process unserviceable material—packaging, labelling, and documentation for repair agents.

Efficiency & Standards:
- Uphold 5S housekeeping standards across shifts, improving warehouse organisation.
- Continuously seek operational improvements in storage flow and risk reduction.

Daily Logistics Tasks:
- Operate mechanical handling equipment for inventory movements.
- Assist production teams with material location and issues where necessary.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders (production, suppliers).
Qualifications & Experience
While we prioritise attitude, passion, and adaptability, the following skills strengthen your application:
- Industry experience in stores/logistics environments.
- Proficiency in SAP (knowledge in_EXCEL/Word_ is essential).
- Desirably holds Counter Balance & Flexi Truck licences (training also considered).
- Strong communication skills for inter-department collaboration.
