About the Role

You’ll work within our Logistics Team on a 24/7 shift pattern, ensuring the accuracy of our IT systems (SAP & MAXIMO). Your responsibilities include:

Key Functions:

  • Maintaining inventory stock levels, work orders, and tracking of serialised equipment.
  • Performing daily logistics activities: off-loading, goods receipt, and material issuing.
  • Ensuring Maximo data integrity and collaborating with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Audits:
    • Conduct accurate material audits, updating IT systems (SAP/MAXIMO) to reflect findings.
    • Process unserviceable material—packaging, labelling, and documentation for repair agents.

  • Efficiency & Standards:

    • Uphold 5S housekeeping standards across shifts, improving warehouse organisation.
    • Continuously seek operational improvements in storage flow and risk reduction.
  • Daily Logistics Tasks:

    • Operate mechanical handling equipment for inventory movements.
    • Assist production teams with material location and issues where necessary.
    • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders (production, suppliers).

Qualifications & Experience

While we prioritise attitude, passion, and adaptability, the following skills strengthen your application:

  • Industry experience in stores/logistics environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP (knowledge in_EXCEL/Word_ is essential).
  • Desirably holds Counter Balance & Flexi Truck licences (training also considered).
  • Strong communication skills for inter-department collaboration.
