Job Summary
This opportunity will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover a period of absence. Therefore suitable candidates will need to be available to start at relatively short notice.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join the thriving Dispatch Team here at our East Cowes facilities. The successful candidate will follow standard work for "goods out" material handling, and perform all activities in accordance with safety and quality rules.

Candidates MUST have a current, clean driving licence. They will also use adequate equipment (forklift etc., for which training can be given) to move material, and record movements of material in the transactional records systems.

Job Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Manage outbound material flow
- Monitor outbound delivery performance
- Pack and dispatch outgoing deliveries to specific customer requirements
- Transfer goods and products between East Cowes sites
- Verifying that all goods and services dispatched from site relating to company deliverable conform to relevant specifications and customer related requirements.
- Maintain inventory status
- Perform physical inventory procedures
Job Qualifications
Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Similar experience gained in a busy dispatch warehouse environment;
- Physically fit & healthy;
- Available to start at relatively short notice;
- Current, clean driving licence;
- IT literate;
- Team player who is reliable and dependable;
- Upbeat and energised individual with a positive can-do attitude;
- Eligibility to work in the UK;
- Forklift (B1) licence preferred, but training can be given for the right applicant
