About The Opportunity

Join our Material Movement Operator Talent Pool and be considered for upcoming opportunities at our Sidcup manufacturing site.

Sidcup Operations is a critical part of our manufacturing network, producing approximately 50% of the GB SKU portfolio. With seven production lines capable of producing 480,000 cans, 96,000 PET bottles, and 48,000 glass bottles every hour, the site offers a dynamic environment with excellent development opportunities across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.

As a Material Movement Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. This entry-level position provides full training and offers the opportunity to build valuable skills in a fast-paced FMCG production environment.

  • Safely moving, loading, and unloading raw materials and finished products.
  • Ensuring accurate storage, issuance, and return of materials.
  • Operating site equipment safely and effectively.
  • Supporting equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdown activities.
  • Monitoring production processes and escalating issues when required.
  • Completing routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Carrying out quality and safety checks in line with site procedures.
  • Following all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational targets.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

No previous manufacturing experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
