About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Material Analyst to support manufacturing and project operations by ensuring the timely availability of materials required for production. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, production planning, and project teams to maintain material flow, manage inventory levels, and drive efficient planning processes within an ERP/MRP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review ERP/MRP systems daily to ensure material availability aligns with project requirements and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Convert system-generated material requirements into purchase requisitions and support procurement activities.
  • Partner with Production Planning and Master Scheduling teams to ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Identify material shortages, supply risks, and potential schedule impacts, driving timely resolution.
  • Act as the key interface between procurement, project teams, and production planners to support efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain material availability while supporting inventory and cash flow targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve material planning issues and maintain accurate planning dates within the ERP system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Oracle and other planning systems.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to support planning decisions and operational performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
