Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine.
Whatever stage you’re at in your career; with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.
Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
You’ll be working within mobile networks where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
Want to come and be a part of it?
We’re looking for a Materials and Logistics Coordinator (6-month maternity cover, with potential to become permanent) to join us on a hybrid basis. Ideally, you will be based near our Diseworth, Derbyshire office; however, we’re open to considering candidates located further afield, provided you are willing to travel in for team meetings and key on-site requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our mobile network projects running smoothly, working closely with Project Engineers to raise free issue requisitions and provide on-the-day support. You’ll partner with Build Managers to understand weekly material and logistics needs, making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. You’ll also coordinate with our client logistics suppliers to arrange deliveries and collections, while keeping stock levels well controlled and avoiding excess materials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
