Capula, part of the Dalkia Group, is looking for a Material Controller to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. With decades of experience in advanced system integration, we deliver critical projects across the energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing sectors. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for talented individuals to help support the successful delivery of our industry-leading solutions.
About the Role
Reporting to the Stores Team Leader, you will play a vital role in controlling and managing materials within our stores operation, ensuring production teams have the components and equipment they need to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Recording goods received within our ERP system and maintaining accurate documentation
- Managing electronic inventory records and ensuring stock accuracy
- Storing materials correctly to maintain condition and traceability
- Supporting production teams and engineers by supplying required parts and components
- Issuing materials and maintaining full traceability records
- Ordering and managing consumable stock items
- Issuing and recording PPE
- Managing tool and equipment calibration records and databases

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of electrical components or an electrical background
- Previous experience using Microsoft Nav ERP
- Experience within stores, inventory, warehouse, or materials management environments
Working Hours
This is predominantly a weekday role, with occasional weekend working when required.

- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:30
Week 2
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
