The position is Monday to Friday working between the hours of 06:30 - 15:30. Main duties will be to assist Materials Supervisor in providing and maintaining high level of standards within the department. To deliver an efficient service for the trust.

- Assist in the receipt and distribution of ad hoc deliveries including the management of stock ordered for the bulk stores facility.
- Take responsibility for the security of goods from the point of receipt and ensure stock is correctly stored and distributed to all Areas.
- Comply with the principles of risk management including health and safety legislation, promoting high standards and acting immediately on hazards or unsafe practices in conjunction with other staff.
- Undertake any other tasks as required by the Operational Materials Manager, Assistant Materials Manager or Materials Supervisor in accordance with the grade and nature of the post as required.
