Work Schedule

Hybrid – Tewkesbury, GBR

Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a Materials Planner to join our team at our state-of-the-art Tewkesbury facility.

In this critical role, you’ll ensure our customer commitments are met by planning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of materials and work into our assembly operations. Working in a low-volume, high-value environment, you’ll convert demand into effective plans, manage programme priorities, and release work in line with production schedules. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to resolve issues, maintain delivery performance, and keep operations running efficiently.

Why Join Us

As we celebrate 75 years of innovation and excellence, we’re proud to continue building the future of aerospace — and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey. As a generational company, we invest in people for the future - we build careers that last decades, with a vision to welcome not only you, but future generations of your family.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
