We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to join our Global Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of integrated brand and innovation strategies, driving consumer engagement and business growth across our key portfolio segments.
As a key partner within our cross-functional, regional, and affiliate teams, the successful candidate will help shape the brand’s future pipeline, deliver impactful global marketing programs, and ensure consistent, consumer-centric storytelling across markets.

Responsibilities
Innovation Strategy & Product Development
- Lead marketing efforts from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and global category trends
- Develop and execute a 3-year category innovation pipeline and launch calendar, balancing new product introductions with commercial innovation initiatives
- Identify breakthrough ideas, ingredients, and consumer-centric campaigns to elevate Jo Malone London’s market leadership
- Collaborate with Product Development and Packaging teams to drive formulation innovation and sustainability initiatives
- Track and analyze post-launch performance to continuously optimize future strategies

Go-to-Market & Integrated Marketing
- Own the go-to-market strategy for assigned categories, including new launches and commercial innovations, ensuring compelling and authentic consumer-first campaigns across all channels
- Develop 360-degree marketing campaigns, integrating efforts with cross-functional teams
- Lead always-on storytelling initiatives, working closely with Social, Communications, and Creative teams to:
- Drive desirability year-round
- Tap into cultural trends and moments
- Lead iterative creative briefing processes to inspire high-impact brand assets and visual identity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints
Consumer & Market Insights
- Leverage data-driven insights from consumer research, social listening, CRM, and industry trends to shape brand strategies and innovation
- Conduct competitive analysis, tracking market shifts to identify white-space opportunities and new business potential
- Partner with the Global Pricing Group to:
- Analyze pricing strategies
- Ensure competitiveness across regions
- Drive consumer-first storytelling, embedding insights into product messaging and marketing activations
