We are looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our great team on a 1 year FTC Maternity cover starting around August. The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, with just 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Our modern practice is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, Doppler blood pressure, digital radiography, ultrasound, capnography, pulse oximetry, v-gels for cats and rabbits, surgical suction and separate dog and cat wards.
We are located on the Imperial Retail Park with ample onsite parking, easy access to the A2 and within walking distance of frequent high-speed links to Central London.
You will be joining a team made up of 3 Vets, 6 RVNs, 2 SVNs, Practice Manager and 5 Receptionists. Partner and Vet Paul Gunning, qualified in 2011 and holds a certificate in small animal surgery as well as having a keen interest in orthopaedics.

Our ideal new colleague will be a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon, who is happy to take some sole charge responsibility at points during the week and weekend once settled into the practice.
You will enjoy both surgical and medical cases and have excellent communication skills as the team take great pride in the strong, long terms relationships we have built with our clients.
