Math's Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Maths Teacher to join our specialist SEMH secondary provision in South Liverpool. You will deliver high-quality maths teaching across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils who require a personalised, relational approach to learning.

This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture, and community go hand in hand.

You’ll be joining a supportive, inclusive school that puts wellbeing and community at the centre of everything they do. It’s a good fit for someone who wants to become a familiar face in a school that values consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering maths lessons tailored to SEMH learners
  • Differentiating work to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
  • Creating a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment
  • Working closely with pastoral and behaviour teams to ensure consistency
  • Contributing to whole-school approaches to emotional regulation and engagement
  • Supporting pupils through GCSE Maths or alternative accreditation routes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
