Mathematics Teacher
Maths Teacher - Supply (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Claderdale
Pay: Daily rate to scale
Contract Type: Long-term supply (with potential ongoing opportunities)
About the Role
Academics are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Maths Teachers to work on a full-time supply basis across secondary schools in Bradford. This role involves delivering high-quality Mathematics lessons through long-term placements, supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons
- Teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
- Assess, track, and report on student progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support students' confidence and attainment in Mathematics
- Work collaboratively with departmental and school staff

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
