Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a school setting before pursuing teacher training? A thriving secondary school in Cambridge is looking for an ambitious Math Graduate to join their team from September 2026 as an Academic Mentor.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a graduate who is passionate about Mathematics and keen to inspire young people while developing valuable classroom experience in a supportive and high-achieving environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support students across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5
  • Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group Maths interventions
  • Help raise attainment, confidence, and enthusiasm for Mathematics
  • Work closely alongside experienced teachers and school staff
  • Gain invaluable experience ahead of teacher training or a PGCE
