Maths Lead

Teacher – Specialist in Autism / SEMH (Primary or Secondary)

Location: Queensmead House School, Windsor Salary: up to £58,941 + TLR (Tactical Allowance Review)

The School: Queensmead House School

  • A specialist day school for pupils aged 2–19 with complex SEND, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviours, rated Good by Ofsted

About You

To thrive in this hugely rewarding yet challenging role, we’re looking for individuals with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and prior teaching experience in specialist settings (preferred) or with pupils having complex needs, autism, or behavioural challenges
  • A deep commitment to supporting individual progress and celebrate small wins
  • You’re:
    • Resilient, sufficiently self-aware, and dedicated
    • Collaborative (professionally and with pupils)
    • Strong on developing personalised learning and building trusting relationships
  • Passionate about making a real difference in a practice where inspiration comes from real-life impact
