Secondary Maths Teacher: Supply and Long-Term (Plymouth)

Are you a qualified Secondary Maths Teacher planning your next move for the new academic year? Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Provide adaptable General Cover across a range of secondary subjects to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Execute pre-set lesson plans with precision and maintain effective classroom management.
  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and academic growth.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK Secondary Mathematics curriculum.
  • Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively and a proactive professional approach.
  • Flexibility to undertake both specialist and general supply cover as required.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or satisfy the requirements to process a new application.
