Maths Teacher – Full-Time (Term Time Only) | Willow Haven, Warrington

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team at Willow Haven, Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by supporting their learning within a nurturing, trauma-informed educational environment.

We welcome teachers with a broad range of skills who can confidently support young people across the 6–18 age range.

About the Role

As a Teacher at Five Rivers Child Care, you will experience a varied and rewarding working day. You’ll follow a flexible teaching structure, delivering bespoke therapeutic and educational frameworks tailored to each child or young person.

  • Teaching may occur:
    • In our school environment
    • In the community for pupils unable to attend on-site education

You will operate within our Trauma-Informed Practice model, supporting therapeutic education. Our schools hold the Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Gold Award.

Many of the young people we support have experienced multiple life changes, which can contribute to trauma. We seek committed, consistent professionals who:

  • Wish to make a long-term impact within a therapeutically informed organisation
  • Are based in an Ofsted-registered alternative education provision

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
