Location: Outer London (Hounslow) Matched Pay Scale: Outer London payscales (MPS1 – UPS3 + TLR opportunity) Start Date: September 2026

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3–KS5 Maths
- Collaborate with a supportive team of seven experienced teachers
- Ensure high academic achievement and student progress
- Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and NPQ (National Professional Qualifications) opportunities
- Support schoolwide initiatives including SEN, Inclusion, and behaviour policies

Applicant Specification
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or actively working towards it
- Strong academic background (Degree, GCSEs, relevant A Levels)
- Previous teaching experience (preferably in a secondary classroom)
- Record of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ lesson observations/placement reports
- Highly motivated, feedback-responsive, and collaborative
