1:1 Maths Teacher (EOTAS Provision) – Wokingham
Part-Time | Flexible Working | 2 Hours per Week | Term-Time Only | September start
Quantum Scholars is seeking a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher to provide 1:1 tuition for a young person receiving EOTAS (Education Otherwise Than at School) provision in Wokingham.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a pupil with SEND and SEMH needs who requires additional support in Maths. We are looking for someone who can deliver engaging and personalised sessions that build confidence, develop mathematical understanding, and help the pupil reach their full potential.
The Role
- Deliver tailored 1:1 Maths tuition to a young person with SEND/SEMH needs.
- Adapt lessons to suit the pupil’s individual learning style and educational needs.
- Build a positive and supportive relationship that encourages progress and engagement.
- Provide 2 hours of tuition per week.
- Days and timings are completely flexible to fit around your availability.
- Sessions take place during school hours (term-time only).

Requirements
- Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS or equivalent preferred).
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Previous experience working with pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the Wokingham area.
