Training Programme Overview

Structure
- 4 days per week: Hands-on classroom experience
- 1 day per week: PGCE study & professional development

- Term 1: Observe and assist experienced teachers
- Term 2: Begin planning and delivering lessons
- Term 3: Take on greater responsibility and refine teaching style

Who Are We Looking For?
- Graduates with a Maths or related degree (2:1 or above preferred)
- Strong A-Level Maths certification
- Enthusiasm for working with young people
- Strong communication skills
Prior classroom experience? Not required—just commitment and passion.
