Role Description
The Maths Tutor at Upper Bound Tuition should be able to deliver engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions to students at levels ranging from 11+ to A level Further Maths. The tutor will use online platforms and digital tools to manage sessions, share resources, and track student performance. This is a part-time remote role, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate both tutor and student availability.

- A/A* In Maths A level is required, Further Maths A level and degree level Mathematics are ideal.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Prior tuition experience with learners at a range of levels/abilities is preferred.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs, and monitor student progress.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centered approach to supporting students’ confidence and academic growth.
