Clinical Services Matron
Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including occasional Saturdays to cover absence/annual leave)
Salary: £47,880.40 – £52,673.58 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

We’re seeking an inspiring and visionary Clinical Services Matron to drive excellence across our Regional Treatment Centre. In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Inspire and develop clinical teams, creating a culture of safety, high-quality care, and continuous improvement
- Champion client-centred care, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and future
- Ensure clinical safety, compliance, and best practice while elevating client experiences
- Lead by example, fostering accountability, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
