The Opportunity
As a MBA Graduate, you will:
- Run, grow and manage all aspects of United Media—strategy, brand growth, and team development
- Build and lead a high-performing team while ensuring conference and business strategy execution
- Drive the company into becoming the go-to platform for industry inspiration, knowledge and networking

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team tailored for growth
- Lead the execution of rapid business strategies, ensuring scalable outcomes
Brand & Product Development
- Build and deliver industry-leading conference products and ecosystem growth
- Develop the brand as a global authority on knowledge and connections
Conference & Operations Management
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of conferences—on time and on budget
- Monitor departmental progression, assign tasks, and drive performance alignment
Business Expansion
- Identify and expand opportunities with existing clients
- Collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition

Requirements
- +4 years’ experience from a high-pressure environment (consulting, investment banking, corporate leadership, or start-ups)
- Bachelor’s degree with outstanding performance, preferably followed by an MBA
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills—key for leading effectiveness
- Proven track record of delivering results in impactful roles
Work Permit Required: You must hold a valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
