Maintenance Control Centre Engineer £65,000 - £74,900 Monday – Friday (07:30 – 16:00) Permanent Stansted
Client Overview: The client is the UK’s leading 3rd party MRO provider, who undertake base & line maintenance on a range of aircraft, such as, A320, A330, A350, A380, B737, B777 and B787.
Job Purpose:
You will be the single point of contact for customers AOG needs, organising, executing and managing their special projects.
Responsibilities:
Operation Develop and deliver bespoke solutions to support customer AOG events and special project requirements. Produce comprehensive AOG recovery and project plans, including timelines, estimated return-to-service dates, resource requirements, and critical path activities. Support the Operations Manager with the daily operation of the MCC department and supporting the day to day operation. Apply strong commercial awareness when making operational decisions, ensuring consideration is given to customer impact, business objectives, cost, and service delivery. Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and approved working practices throughout all AOG recovery and special project activities. Recording of cost expenditure during the AOG recovery for invoicing to the customer.

Qualification & Education: A recognised apprenticeship within the aircraft industry or similar, or Qualified Part66 Licence holder, or University degree relevant to Aircraft Engineering or aviation management, or Adequate working experience with a minimum of 5 years experience within the Aviation sector.
