The Role

As an MCR Operator, you will be on the front lines of DAZN’s live operations, managing the smooth and uninterrupted delivery of global sports coverage. You’ll handle the routing, switching, and monitoring of live event feeds, quickly resolving any issues to keep fans connected to the action. This role will see you working a schedule aligned to the global sports calendar, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring DAZN remains live, responsive, and reliable at all times. You’ll be joining a close-knit team where collaboration is key, and where your skills will grow alongside the evolution of cutting-edge broadcast technology.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays on rotation.

  • Knowledge of IP protocols and networking.
  • Familiarity with satellite delivery systems and related workflows.
  • Experience with broadcast equipment such as signal analysers and routers (advantageous).
  • A passion for live sports and an eagerness to learn new skills.
