Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MDM program delivery including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance processes
- Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related technologies
- Define data models, match/merge strategies, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and data stewardship workflows
- Lead source-system analysis, data profiling, and data quality assessments
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with business architecture, integration, ETL, and analytics teams
- Manage MDM releases, enhancements, and production support activities
- Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and issue resolution
- Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews
- Prepare project estimates, plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies

Required Skills
- 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Master Data Management
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Informatica MDM
- Informatica Data Director (IDD)
- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Data Controls and MDM utilities
- Expertise in:
- Customer/Product/Supplier Data Domains
- Match Merge Rules
- Data Governance
- Metadata Management
- Data Quality Frameworks
- Reference Data Management
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with ETL/Data Integration tools and enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOA, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills
- Informatica MDM Certification
- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud platforms
- TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
