M&E BIM Manager
Role Overview
You'll take ownership of a specialist drawing team, shaping it with your ideas and expertise. This is a chance to move beyond just producing drawings and start influencing how the whole team operates. You'll get time to support and train others, mentor junior staff, and raise standards across the board.

What You'll Do
- Take ownership of BIM and Revit processes, shaping them with your ideas and expertise.
- You'll manage a team of five, including three junior AutoCAD technicians, guiding them through training and development.
- Oversee workload planning and ensure deadlines are met, giving you valuable experience in project and people management.
- This is a chance to step up into a leadership position while still staying hands-on with the technical work you enjoy.
What You'll Need
- Strong M&E Revit experience, giving you the technical foundation to lead others.
- At least five years in building services, so you understand the bigger picture and how teams work together.
- Ambition to grow into a more senior position, with attention to quality and procedures to set the standard for your team.

With two offices in the UK and 35 staff, the company has enjoyed sustained growth, expanding from 15 to 35 staff in the last five years.
