About the Role
To further expand our Offshore Wind delivery team, we are seeking an M&E Engineering Manager to drive the technical and operational success of offshore substation projects, with a focus on the OSS Topsides scope.

Responsibilities
As the M&E Engineering Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating all mechanical and electrical engineering activities related to Offshore Substation Topsides for offshore wind projects.
- Acting as the primary technical authority and interface for electrical systems within the Topsides scope, ensuring alignment with broader project objectives.
- Developing engineering execution strategies, priorities, and action plans to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces across electrical, structural, mechanical, telecom, SCADA, safety, and HV systems disciplines.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, discipline leads, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Identifying technical risks, interface challenges, and engineering constraints, while implementing robust mitigation strategies throughout the execution phase.
- Ensuring engineering activities are aligned with fabrication, transportation, installation, commissioning, and operational requirements.
- Participating in critical technical activities, including:
- Technical workshops
- Design reviews
- HAZID/HAZOP sessions
- FAT/SAT activities
- Commissioning coordination
- Client meetings
- Promoting continuous improvement and implementing engineering best practices and lessons learned across projects.

Requirements & Skills
Core Qualifications
- Extensive experience in offshore wind and offshore substation projects.
- Solid technical knowledge of OSS Topside electrical systems and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Relevant experience from developer, EPC, OEM, fabrication yard, or consultancy environments.
- Familiarity with international offshore standards and regulations, IEC, DNV, and grid compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated capability in managing engineering teams within complex international projects (local, offshore, and global scale).
- Knowledge of fabrication, transportation, installation, commissioning, and operational considerations for offshore substations.

Maternity & Paternity Leave
- Maternity Leave:
