We are seeking a proactive and technically strong M&E Manager (Mechanical Bias) to join a site-based project team on a high-end residential development in West London.

This role requires a strong blend of hands-on site experience and the ability to manage mechanical design coordination, technical documentation, and site compliance, ensuring smooth delivery between design and construction stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate mechanical design activities on site
- Review, manage, and submit technical submittals, RFIs, and design documentation
- Ensure approved drawings are implemented correctly and in a timely manner
- Liaise closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment
- Oversee and manage all mechanical documentation and reporting
- Maintain records using electronic document control platforms (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, ACC, Smartsheet)
- Support site delivery by ensuring compliance with design, programme, and quality requirements

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Manager role
- Strong technical knowledge with proven site-based experience
- Experience working on high-end residential or similar construction projects
- Confident User Of Systems Such As
- Aconex
- SharePoint
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Smartsheet or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate between design and site teams
- Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
