We are seeking a proactive and technically strong M&E Manager (Mechanical Bias) to join a site-based project team on a high-end residential development in West London.

Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.

This role requires a strong blend of hands-on site experience and the ability to manage mechanical design coordination, technical documentation, and site compliance, ensuring smooth delivery between design and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate mechanical design activities on site
  • Review, manage, and submit technical submittals, RFIs, and design documentation
  • Ensure approved drawings are implemented correctly and in a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment
  • Oversee and manage all mechanical documentation and reporting
  • Maintain records using electronic document control platforms (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, ACC, Smartsheet)
  • Support site delivery by ensuring compliance with design, programme, and quality requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Manager role
  • Strong technical knowledge with proven site-based experience
  • Experience working on high-end residential or similar construction projects
  • Confident User Of Systems Such As
    • Aconex
    • SharePoint
    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
    • Smartsheet or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate between design and site teams
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
