The Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving bookings for events and managing the VWorks coworking space. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or membership sales experience is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business.
- Conduct site tours.
- Coordinate event details with precision.
- Work with the General Manager and Regional Sales Team to uncover leads.
- Support other hotels in the region when needed.
- Look after VWorks members, resolving queries, issuing day passes, and maintaining the coworking spaces.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings for weddings, corporate functions, and major events.
- Drive VWorks membership sales.
- Uphold terms of club usage.
- Manage monthly BACS payment administration for VWorks.
- Keep VWorks members engaged and supported.
- Issue accurate proposals and contracts on time.
- Maintain data integrity in booking systems.
- Post revenues correctly for audits.
- Research local leads.
- Follow up on prospects.
- Understand competitor activities.
- Smash sales targets.
