Site Supervisor (Site Management) – 3 Positions Available

Manchester | Minimum 6-Month Contract | £300 per day
We are recruiting for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join a leading national Facilities Management provider, delivering projects within a live healthcare environment in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site professionals with either a mechanical or electrical background who have previous experience working within a live hospital environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and with minimal disruption to critical hospital services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of works within a live hospital environment.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and programme delivery.
- Liaise with the client, hospital stakeholders, and operational teams to minimise disruption.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and hospital protocols.
- Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager position.
- Mechanical or Electrical background is essential.
- Previous experience working within a live hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and permit-to-work systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work (desirable).
