Site Supervisor (Site Management) – 3 Positions Available

Manchester | Minimum 6-Month Contract | £300 per day

We are recruiting for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join a leading national Facilities Management provider, delivering projects within a live healthcare environment in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site professionals with either a mechanical or electrical background who have previous experience working within a live hospital environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and with minimal disruption to critical hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of works within a live hospital environment.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and programme delivery.
  • Liaise with the client, hospital stakeholders, and operational teams to minimise disruption.
  • Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain site records.
  • Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and hospital protocols.
  • Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager position.
  • Mechanical or Electrical background is essential.
  • Previous experience working within a live hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and permit-to-work systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work (desirable).
