M&E Supervisor

Equans is looking for an M & E Supervisor to join our team in Chelmsford. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Supervise mechanical, electrical, and building trade staff and specialist contractors, ensuring compliance with Equans and site policies Plan, prioritise, and delegate work to staff and contractors to meet contract specifications, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction Monitor performance, timekeeping, and quality of trade staff work, providing guidance and support as needed Lead and participate in team briefings, manage risk assessments and method statements to maintain safe working practices

Who are you?

Qualified with City & Guilds/BTEC National Certificate (4312) or NVQ2 in a relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline (essential) PLUS BTEC National Diploma or NVQ3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field Proven experience supervising mechanical/electrical/building trades and contractors Strong working knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and quality standards Effective team leader with clear communication and organisational skills
