The Role
As The M&E Surveyor, You'll
- Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical building services assets.
- Assess the condition of M&E systems and accurately record findings.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure inspections are completed in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collect and upload asset data using the client's software application.
- Identify potential defects or maintenance requirements across building services equipment.

Role Requirements
To be successful in the role of M&E Surveyor, you'll bring:
- Previous experience within a mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC engineering environment.
- Experience within a Hard Services or Building Services discipline.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to capture and upload technical data accurately.
- A good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspections.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and engineering best practice.
